This role works across aesthetics and wellness services to deliver safe, cohesive, and results-driven care.

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice, offering a unique blend of

wellness and aesthetic services. This role combines medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and

aesthetic treatments including injectables and energy-based devices. You will play a key role in

both patient outcomes and practice growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. Conduct consultations for weight loss and peptide therapies

2. Develop and manage personalized treatment plans

3. Perform or be trained in neurotoxins and dermal fillers

4. Assist with or perform RF and laser treatments

5. Educate patients on treatment options and long-term plans

6. Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Texas

• Required: Knowledge and experience in medical weight loss and peptide therapy

• Experience in aesthetics or strong interest in being trained

• Strong communication and patient relationship skills

• Comfortable in a consultative, patient-focused environment

 

Compensation

Estimated total annual compensation: $120,000 to $160,000, based on experience and

performance. Compensation includes hourly pay plus a commission structure on aesthetic services.
